This image, that appeared  on the cover of the "Weekly World News" six months prior to the November 1992 election, predicted that Clinton would win over incumbent George Bush. On at least a couple occasions, during Clinton's administration, White House Press Secretaries made humorous references to this alien.
	On May 4, 2000  Hillary Clinton gave a speech at the Clinton Community College in Plattsburgh, New York.
	Following the speech, Robert Williams, an instructor at the college requested that Hillary help with Mars images taken by the Global Surveyor that were being withheld beyond the six months spelled out in NASA regulations. Hillary promised to help. Less than 36 hours later the Mrs photos were posted on the Internet by NASA.
	New Mexico Congressman Steven Schiff made a strong effort to uncover the story behind the 1947 crash at Roswell, New Mexico. He received a lot of letters, and did initiate a GOA investigation. Schiff died before he achieved his goal.
