In this amazing document written to
declassify the Project Magnet files, the author W.J. Wilson talks about how the secrecy
surrounding the files must continue despite the fact the documents were ordered released.
Wilson writes:
"It is recommended that this file be
declassified at least to the confidential level. At no time should it be made available to
the public. . A copy of the project "Magnet" report on this file is the
original and should not be destroyed until such time as this subject has 'cooled
off.'"
